RETURNS
We believe you will love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept merchandise returns within 14 days of the order being fulfilled for store credit only. Returned items must be unwashed + unworn + in the same condition in which they were shipped. Items that appear worn will not be eligible for a return.
NO REFUNDS will be granted.

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days from when they are received. When we have processed your return, we will send a notification to the email address on file that your store credit has been added to your account!
Final sale items are not eligible for return. Final sale items include SALE items over 20%, swimsuits, accessories, and other items marked FINAL SALE at checkout.
Items returned outside of our return window are subject to refusal or a minimum 20% restocking fee at The Chippy Cottage’s discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable & The Chippy Cottage is not responsible for lost packages.
How do I ship a return?
- Make sure your item is eligible for return by checking our policy or contacting The Chippy Cottage prior to return.
- Package your item securely to avoid damage in transit.
- Be certain your return has your name and order number.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancelled orders will receive funds back in the form of a store credit. Please contact customer service for additional information.
PREORDERS
By placing a PREORDER with The Chippy Cottage you are agreeing to the time frame disclosed in which your item will arrive. NO REFUNDS will be granted unless your item is over the TAT Date stated prior to ordering.
